Have you ever made your own homemade salsa before? If you'd like to try making homemade salsa checkout our recipe below!
1. In a large bowl, mix chopped veggies (celery, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, colorful bell peppers, a few cloves of garlic), a can of Mexi corn (drained) and a can of black beans (drained and rinsed).
2. In a sauce pan, heat ¼ c. apple cider vinegar, ¼ c. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. sugar, until sugar dissolves. Remove pan from heat and cool.
3. Pour the cooled oil/vinegar mixture onto veggies, squeeze juice of one lime and season with your favorite pepper blend. If you like it spicy, add a diced jalapeno and/or a shake or two of cayenne pepper.
