- 5 1/2 tablespoons dried, ground parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried, ground thyme
EAST INDIAN
- 3 1/2 tablespoons turmeric
- 2 3/4 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoons coriander
HOMEMADE TACO SEASONING
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4–1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, to taste
