Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup almond butter (or your favorite nut or seed butter)
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
1. Using the back of a fork on a plate or other flat surface, smash chickpeas until broken up well.
2. Add smashed chickpeas and all remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined and everything is sticking together.
3. Using a tablespoon or just your hands, press together and form balls about the size of a tablespoon.
4. You can eat them right way or chill in the refrigerator for a few hours first. Keep stored in covered container in the refrigerator.
