Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, washed and seeded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped into tiny pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried, or 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
- With the help of an adult, chop the cucumber into small pieces.
- Combine cucumber with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (and up to a day).
- Serve chilled with veggies or bread.
