Use a variety of colorful fruits cut in to small pieces. Ideas:
- Red: Strawberries, Raspberries, Apple, Cherry or Watermelon
- Orange: Clementine, Orange, Cantaloupe, Papaya, Nectarine
- Yellow: Banana or Guava
- Green: Grapes, Pear, Kiwi, Honeydew or Green Apple
- Blue/Purple: Blueberries, Blackberries, Grapes or Plum
Ingredients for Cinnamon Tortilla Chips:
- 1 tortilla per person, whole grain or corn
- 1/2 teaspoon oil (canola or olive oil) or spray oil
- Cinnamon & Sugar mixture (less than 1 teaspoon per tortilla)
