Ingredients
- 8 slices of whole grain bread
- 8 tablespoons peanut butter (optional: any nut butter)
- 2 bananas
- Cinnamon
- Non-stick spray or drizzle of canola oil

Serves: 4 - 8 |
Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
- Slice bananas lengthwise.
- Spread peanut butter/nut butter on each slice of bread.
- Put bananas on top of peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Top with second slice of bread.
- Spray pan with non-stick spray or a drizzle of oil.
- Put sandwiches in heated fry pan.
- Flip as need to crisp both sides.
- Slice sandwich in half. Eat and enjoy!
