Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive or canola oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, squeezed
- 1 ½ teaspoons honey
- 1 ½ teaspoons cumin
- 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon jalapeno, finely chopped (fresh or canned)
- ½ clove garlic, minced
- Dash of red pepper (or to taste)
- Dash of salt

Makes: about ¾ cup (5-6 (2 tablespoon) servings)

Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
- Wash your hands.
- Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk, whisk, whisk!
- Pour it over your Try for 5 Slaw and give it a toss, or use this dressing on one of your other favorite salads.
Optional veggies to add: corn, green onions, black beans and cilantro.
